1. Registration & Admission Fees
- The registration/admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Registration fees are charged towards administrative processing, seat reservation, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
2. Course Fee Refund Policy
- Students who wish to cancel their admission before the commencement of classes may apply for a refund request in writing.

3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Student voluntarily leaves the course after joining.
- Non-attendance of classes after enrollment.
- Failure to clear assessments, examinations, or medical requirements.
- Violation of academy rules, misconduct, or disciplinary termination.
- Delay or rejection caused due to incorrect documents submitted by the student.
- Change of mind after course commencement.
4. Course Cancellation by Academy
- If any course or batch is cancelled by Bharat Skill Aviation Academy due to unavoidable circumstances, students will be eligible for:
- Full refund of the paid tuition fee, OR
- Adjustment/transfer to another upcoming batch.
5. Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted through:

- Written application to the academy office.

- Enrollment/Application Number
- Payment Receipt
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.

- Bharath Skill Aviation Academy reserves the right to verify all submitted documents before processing any refund request.
- Incomplete or false information may result in rejection of the refund application.
